silicondorado: a Silicon Valley in every city in the world

A Silicon Valley in every city in the world. Silicon Dorado is a private community of founders, builders and technical talent, organized by city. You don't need to be in California to build something big. You need to be with the right people.

01Valleys

Talent is distributed equally. Opportunity is not.

AI is creating more wealth than any revolution before it. For the first time, we don't have to be in Silicon Valley to be part of it.

What's still missing is the network: knowing who is building what in your city, who to ask for an intro, where the grant that closes this week is. Silicon Dorado exists so that network lives in every city, not just one.

02How it works

One community, many cities.

  1. 01 / WhatsApp

    One Valley per city

Every city has its own group with the same format: Cali Valley, Medellín Valley, CDMX Valley. That's where the city's founders, builders and technical talent meet.

  2. 02 / Wins

    Dorado Wins

A channel to share what goes right: a round, a first customer, a launch. One person's wins push everyone else forward.

  3. 03 / Jobs

    Jobs

Job openings and talent looking for a team, shared across every city.

  4. 04 / Free

    Atlas

The community's gift: a map of opportunities, grants and events for founders in any city in the world.

03Principles

What makes us different.

  1. You don't apply

    "You get invited"

No form, no committee. Someone from your city who is already inside adds you to their Valley.

  2. Drive and discipline

    "Not pedigree"

We don't filter by university, title or résumé. We filter by the drive to build and the discipline to do it.

  3. Nonpartisan

    "Build, don't campaign"

The community doesn't take political sides. We talk about companies, technology and opportunities.

  4. Private

    "What happens inside stays inside"

Groups are closed so people can ask for help and share without exposing themselves.

04Atlas, free
